Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund window, application details, and return methods for VPNEP subscriptions. Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user panel. Updates are provided in the relevant ticket and order records.

Refund Window and Scope

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The window is based on the first successfully paid order on your account. You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service. If you experienced connection issues, you may share details voluntarily, but troubleshooting is not required to submit a refund request.

Requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages must be linked to the relevant paid order. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain available until used and never expire. These usage rules do not change the refund window or restart the first-payment refund period with each renewal, upgrade, or data package purchase.

Eligibility and Verification

Within the refund window, you may apply through the no-questions-asked refund process if your needs change, your device configuration is unsuitable, or the service does not meet your expectations. Having used some data as intended is not, by itself, grounds to deny a refund. This policy does not impose undisclosed data deductions or usage thresholds.

Orders outside the refund window are not covered by this commitment. An order that was never successfully paid or has already been refunded has no payment available for another refund. If a payment is already in a dispute process with the payment provider, check its status first to avoid duplicate refunds.

If an account involves unusually high usage, a violation of the terms, or a dispute over order ownership, the order and applicable terms may need to be reviewed. Verification does not automatically mean a request will be denied. Any decision should explain its basis rather than rely on a vague label of unusual activity.

How to Apply and What to Provide

Sign in to the user panel, locate the order you want refunded, then submit a request through the support ticket portal. Include your refund request, order number, payment method, and payment record in the ticket. No email address is required; you can apply and follow up through the panel.

If you cannot find the order number, provide the payment time, amount paid, and a transaction receipt from the payment provider to help us locate it. Keep only the details needed to identify the order in screenshots and redact unrelated account information. Do not submit your account password, full subscription link, wallet private key, or other access credentials.

After submitting, add any further details to the original ticket and check its status. Avoid opening duplicate tickets, which can scatter information. If the refund window is about to close, submit a clear request first, then provide any verification details requested in the ticket.

Refund Methods and Status Checks

Refunds are generally sent to the original payment method and corresponding payment account. Order verification, refund submission, and receipt of funds are separate stages. A notice in the panel that your request has been accepted does not mean the funds have arrived. Timing depends on the payment provider and the receiving account; this policy does not promise a fixed delivery time.

Once you receive the outcome, check the refund record with the original payment provider. If the funds are not visible, ask for the refund status and any available reference details in the original ticket. If the original payment account cannot receive the refund, confirm the next steps through a ticket first; do not provide an unrelated third-party account for payment.

Payment Methods and Continued Use

This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat refunds, verify the original transaction record; the payment provider determines how the refund is displayed and credited.

USDT refunds require verification of the receiving address and transfer network, so Alipay or WeChat refund-tracking methods do not apply. Confirm the return arrangement through the original ticket, then verify the address, network, and amount before proceeding. If any details are unclear, confirm them first to avoid sending funds to an address that cannot receive them.

Once a refund is completed, the related order no longer entitles you to continued service. For further use and account handling, see the Terms of Service. For information about how application details are handled, see the Privacy Policy. If the order record and refund outcome do not match, keep your records and request a review in the original ticket.
