Account Setup
Create an Account and Sign In to the User Panel
Select “Try for Free” below to open the VPNEP account creation page. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. You'll use your username to sign in later. Use a unique password and store it securely in a personal password manager. Before submitting, check your entries for accidental spaces or unwanted characters added by your input method.
After creating your account, follow the on-screen instructions to open the user panel. If you are still on the sign-in page, use the username and password you just saved. Once signed in, confirm that you are in the right account, then review the account overview, plan, and client download sections. Orders, subscription links, and client downloads are all managed in the panel, so there is no need to look for a separate download link on the marketing site.
Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps. Signing in to the panel means your account is set up; check your plan status to confirm that a subscription is available. If you already have an account, select “Log in” in the navigation instead of creating another one. If you can't sign in, check your username, password, and input method. If the problem persists, see the account section of the support page.
Once you have confirmed that you can sign in, continue to plan selection. This keeps your order and subscription under the same account after payment, making them easier to check when you sign in on other devices.

Choose a Plan and Confirm Activation
Open the plans section in the user panel and first compare monthly subscriptions with data packages. Monthly subscriptions are suited to ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Choose based on your usage habits and data needs; the highest tier is not automatically the best choice. Browsing, file transfers, and extended video streaming use different amounts of data, so first-time users can start with a tier that fits their current needs.
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Before placing your order, check the plan name, data allowance, billing method, and price shown on the page. In particular, don't confuse monthly resetting data with a data package that never expires. See the plans page for a full comparison.
Select a plan, create an order as prompted in the panel, and pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the user panel and check the order result and plan status. Don't assume payment succeeded just because the payment page closed. If the panel still shows the order as pending, refresh its status and check the payment result before submitting the same payment again.
All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices and include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the adjustment shown in the panel before proceeding. Once your plan is active, get your subscription. If your plan or order status looks wrong, contact support through the user panel ticket system and describe the plan you chose and the status you see. Do not submit your password or full subscription link.

Get Your Subscription from the User Panel
Open the account overview, confirm your current plan and data allowance, then find the subscription details or import section. The subscription link lets a client retrieve server configuration; it is not an installer or a webpage for a specific server. Copy the full link and paste it into the client's subscription field. If the panel offers a one-click import option for your client, you can follow its instructions instead.
When possible, use the copy button in the panel to avoid missing the beginning or end of the link. After pasting, check for extra spaces, line breaks, or explanatory text. The address below is only an example to show what a link looks like; it cannot connect and should not be imported into a client. Use the subscription from your personal user panel after signing in.
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Your subscription link contains account-related access credentials, so protect it like a password. Don't put it in public notes, screenshots, code repositories, or group chats. When contacting support, describe your client platform, the error message, and the import steps. If you need to share a screenshot, hide the link and any sensitive account details first. If you think the link has been exposed, check whether the panel lets you refresh your subscription credentials and follow the support page instructions.
If you can't find an active subscription in the account overview, go back and check your plan and order status. Don't use a so-called generic subscription copied from another website. Once you have the full link, import it into a client on the same device. To configure another device, transfer the link securely and delete any unnecessary temporary copies when you're done.

Get a Client and Import Your Subscription
Open the client downloads section in the user panel to find the VPNEP client and instructions for your device. Subscriptions are available after you sign in; client download options depend on your plan status and the guidance in the panel. This page does not provide public installer links. Clients and subscription formats need to be compatible, so use the client and import option recommended in the panel rather than choosing an app just because its name looks similar.
A typical import process is to open “Subscription” or “Configuration,” choose to add a configuration, then paste the link using “Import from link” or a similar option. Save it, update the configuration, wait for the server list to appear, and select it as the active configuration. Adding the link, updating the configuration, and connecting are separate steps; adding the link alone does not route your traffic through a server.
Get the ClientWindows: Find the Configuration Options in the Desktop Client
Use the Windows desktop client provided in the panel. Install and open it, then find the configuration or subscription management page. If the panel offers one-click import, leave the client running and return to the browser to select that option. If the browser asks whether to open an app, confirm that it is the installed client you intend to use. If no import window appears, paste the subscription link into the client's manual link import field.
After importing, update the configuration and make sure the server list is not empty, then select the configuration. When connecting, enable the proxy mode that suits your current app, as described in the client instructions. Closing a window may only minimize the client to the taskbar, not disconnect it. Conversely, if the client has fully exited, a previous connected status does not mean the connection is still active. Continue with the connection checks below.
macOS: Menu Bar and Subscription Management
Choose the desktop client for macOS in the panel and install it using the provided instructions. The client may open in a window or from a menu bar icon. Open configuration management, add a subscription, and paste the link. If you use one-click import in a browser, confirm that macOS opens the intended client so another installed app doesn't take over the import.
Once the subscription has updated, select the newly added item in the configuration list, then choose an exit server. If macOS asks permission to add a network configuration, verify the app's source and why permission is needed, then follow the client instructions to approve it. Don't run multiple clients that manage network traffic at the same time. For the initial setup, stick to one connection path; troubleshoot interactions with other software after confirming that it works.
Android: Subscription Page and System Permission
Install the Android client recommended in the panel, then open its configuration or subscription page. Choose the option to add from a link, paste the full subscription link, and save it. Return to the configuration list, update it, and make sure the server names appear. Then select the configuration you want to use. If the client supports QR code import, scan only configuration details generated in your personal user panel; don't use unknown QR codes shared publicly.
The first time you connect, Android may ask for permission to set up a network connection. Confirm that the request is from the client you are using, allow it, then return to the app and check the connection status. If the connection stops when you switch apps, check whether the client is still running and whether system settings restrict its background activity. Settings vary by device; see the connection and troubleshooting guide for details. This page covers the standard import process and foreground connection check.
iOS: Get the App and Add a Configuration
Check the iOS client link and instructions in the user panel, then follow the guidance to get the compatible app from the App Store. App availability depends on the store and the current instructions in the panel. Open the app and look for a subscription, server configuration, or import-from-link option. Paste your personal subscription link and update it. For one-click import from the panel, make sure the client is installed before accepting the system prompt to open it.
Select the imported configuration and connect. iOS may ask permission to add a VPN configuration and require confirmation using your device's own authorization method. Once authorized, return to the client and check that the configuration and server are selected and the connection is on. A system connection indicator alone is not enough; also check that the website or app you want to use is accessible. For a more detailed walkthrough, read the complete iOS beginner's guide.
Linux users should also check the panel for a compatible client and import instructions rather than applying installation steps written for another platform. Whatever the platform, a new device must be configured and verified separately; unlimited devices does not mean configurations automatically sync to every device.
Check Your Exit Location
Connect to a Server and Verify It Works
Return to the client home screen, confirm that the active configuration is the VPNEP subscription you just imported, choose a server in your target country or region, and connect. Choose an exit location that meets the region requirements of the service you want to use. For the initial check, stay on one server. Frequent switching while signing in to an app makes it harder to tell whether a problem lies with the configuration, server, or service itself.
First, check that the client shows the connection as active. Then confirm that the system proxy or network settings are enabled as described in the client instructions. In a browser, check the region associated with your exit IP and see whether it matches your selected location. With rule-based routing, not every website necessarily uses the same route. Check access to the service you want to use instead of assuming the connection has failed just because an unrelated page still shows your usual exit location.
Next, open the website or app you actually want to use and try a normal action, such as loading a page, sending a request, or starting playback. Browser access does not mean that desktop apps, IDE plugins, or command-line tools are using the same proxy settings; check each app individually. For AI tools that depend on app-level proxy settings, persistent connections, or an API environment, see the complete guide to accessing AI tools. Advanced environment configuration is beyond the scope of this guide.
If the client shows as connected but the target app doesn't work, check the active configuration, subscription update status, proxy mode, and the app's own settings in that order. Before switching servers, stop any pending request, then try another exit location that meets the target region requirements. A successful client connection does not change the target service's account eligibility, regional policies, or restrictions. Not every access error is caused by the server.
Finally, close and reopen your usual apps to confirm they still work as expected during everyday use. Note the client, configuration name, and exit location you use; this will make troubleshooting easier. For more checks on your exit location and DNS, see the VPN connection check guide. For subscription update failures, connection problems, or order issues, visit the support page. When reporting an issue, describe the steps you took and the error you saw. Include the necessary details, but hide your password and subscription credentials.
